Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy:

All the products sold on is covered by the returns policy to protect the buyer. If the product received by you, which was bought on was found to be not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve the problems. You will be then able to receive a full refund and return the item or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us.


All the products on comes under the returns and refund policy. Any product bought through this site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

The following situations are not included:

  • An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
  • Items are as described, but you no longer want them.

Conditions for submitting refund requests:

You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by sending a mail to [email protected] with all your order details mentioned in the email subject. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

Return Shipping Fee:

If you agreed with us to return your item, please also check our shipping terms. If we pay the return shipping fee, please make sure you first agree on the shipping method and how we will pay you back the shipping fee.
